STOP DON'T it does not work and delets you files
STOP DON'T - they might be kinda cheap, but you do not get what you pay for. Their desktop app started making problems almost two weeks ago - I immediately called support, and said there was a problem, it kept moving and duplicating my files - suddenly I had 1 Terabyte of extra images and files - I was afraid of losing the files I just added. Support was hard to get a hold of, explaining was difficult too, despite i am fluent in English and pretty tech savvy. They are slow at responding, as I said, almost two weeks have gone by, and they promised to be quick, not received any response I had asked for a download link for the complete folder - they said only through a single file og the app - a single file download of 300GB of photos and videos is quite a big and slow job Then today, the reason I'm writing this, still no response, and now ALL the files are gone, more than 450GB of photos and videos NO RESPONSE - I'm boned, lost almost two weeks' work, maybe more, that I can't check because the desktop app is more or less broken - and the web version is too slow and hard to navigate You might save a couple of bucks, but it will end up costing you tens of thousands - and you'll lose irreplaceable things
