I had a total shoulder replacement on Friday 21st March and from my initial phone call to my medical insurance company, General and Medical, to ask about claiming for this procedure every one was so helpful , they all realised that I was quite nervous, I’m in my late 70’s, and helped me sail through my claim with patience, knowledge of my claim and respect and kindness towards me. When they said they would call me back, they did. On Friday 11th April, 3 weeks post operation, Sanum , Clients Relations Co-ordinator, called me back due to a question I needed answering regarding my physio, immediately she answered my query and asked how I was progressing and took time to explain everything to me. I will most definitely recommend General and Medical regarding claiming- they are a pleasure to deal with. Janet Dunn
