Efficient payment of rewards, but...

No issues with the payments, they are generally fair and efficiently delivered. However, the timeliness of answering the occasional query/problem is not quite so good. Also I have recently noticed that at times one can have answered up to 50% of a survey before then being told that one is not part of the target group, with no reward. A bit unfair that, perhaps the leading questions should be more specific to avoid wasting everyone's time!
