Horror Experience

Matthew was extremely unprofessional in his work, he and his team lied on many occasions about features in the house working when they in fact did not. I was told lies about the evaporative cooling system, electric garage remote and the hot water system. I found him to be quite slack and unresponsive at times. The process of purchasing a home was made so much more difficult buying off an untrustworthy, lazy and deceitful agent. What hurts the most is that at the time I was taking his word and trusting him, which in the end proved to be a huge mistake. Lastly, the final inspection for the property was so unprofessional as Matthew was happy to run the inspection with the previous owners of the house half naked eating lunch in the kitchen. On top of this, my reasonable queries about fixing minor damages around the property were met with no help at all. My first experience buying a home required support and guidance but I received nothing of the sort. In addition to the lies and lack or professionalism, during the final inspection when family members or I asked questions about features on the property they were simply ignored. The response was silence and Matthew didn't care to put in any effort AT ALL to assist in our queries. I have piled up evidence of my concerns and experience with this agency and will never ever use or recommend them for my entire life.
