Financial loss / wonderful tutor
I have very little contact with the office but their change of class due to jubilee at such short notice after I had verified the class is taking place over Jubilee weekend cost me £400 . I was pretty disappointed and perplexed as to how they could be flippant in the change when Jubilee weekend has been known for over a year and I had verified that it would not be days change . It was changed a few days after resulting in financial loss. The tutor is incredible and would love to have been able to keep the same tutor throughout the course as she is marvellous. Classes are fun and fly by under her influence. She is an incredible asset and I will miss her mentoring and teaching next year.
