Do not use them.
I have been a patient for over 4 months. I have been in the office 4 times to have impressions for clear aligners (Ortho side) made and have yet to see them . I have left over 4 messages different times. I paid my balance in advance then was told I owed more then went in for a visit paid that amount and was told I owe nothing then. Get a bill for 400 then another for 1200 now another for 1600+. . I left two messages saying I want ALL MY MONEY BACK so I can seek these procedures elsewhere maybe where they care for their patients. I have heard nothing! I want a refund ASAP. I will no longer visit this place. It is the worst ever now do not get me wrong the ladies there are super sweet and very friendly so do not understand why I can’t get a call back or better my money back. I will update this review as soon as my I get my money back.
