Contact with there offices, was quick and professional regarding an unforseen issue
While on my way to Gatwick north Long stay parking, I was unfortunately cut off by another vehicle and had to manoeuvre my vehicle to avoid a collision. Which resulted in me being funnelled down the one way system which goes through the drop off zone. After arriving back home from holiday I was concerned about charges so got in contact with NCP who regulate the drop off zone, and explained my situation they informed me that due to going through the zone I would be charged automatically. However as I wasn't due back home for sometime due to work commitments and would be unable to deal with the PCN, so asked them if we could get it sorted via email and after handing over my registration they had decided to cancel my charge due to my circumstances. I really am grateful that they were good enough empathise with my situation and the contact between us was quite prompt .
