Giaan, from Kawana Anaconda store, is Ab Fab! When I couldn't avail the coloured puffer coat that I wanted to purchase instore, she asked me to wait whilst she investigated the matter. Just a short moment later, she appeared with every detail written down, and directions as to how I could purchase the right item, online. It was no trouble at all, and I was extremely pleased with the timeliness in which it arrived, and the product itself. Giaan, you ROCK!!!!!
