They charge to pick up Defective items
They will sell you badly defective items. Charge you A FORTUNE to pick them up if you cannot deliver it to the store (even if it is their fault in the first place). As for their Helpdesk. Don't bother. Rude and completely unhelpful. Update. Interdiscount after forcing me to accept a chf250 charge to pick my item up (no joke) has been stalling to try to let the warranty run out. 1.5 months later and they still have not arranged a pick up. Oh and their version of how items are repaired changed 4 or 5 times. Do yourself a favour and buy from anywhere else. Edit: I was blackmailed by Trustpilot to provide Interdiscount with my personal details including my personal phone number or they will remove my review. This tells you all you need to know. Shame on Truspilot for aiding and abetting the bullying. That is how Interdiscount has a relatively high trustpilot rating as they partner to bully people into removing ratings. I am a real verified user I do not need to provide personal information to a third party.
