Miss sold fibre package
HAVING BEEN ASSURED UPGRADING TO WESSEX would improve our coverage through the house,this has not been the case despite the salesman saying Wessex would guarantee to sort any problems without any further costs to ourselves. Our first 100 mgb package was poor so we upgraded to 250 mgb . despite paying more we still have dead areas around the house . This is despite being assured otherwise. I expected better treatment of a 76 year old, I will cancel and return to BT when my miss sold contract is finished. Ofcom have yet to reply to my complaint. I should have asked for written confirmation of the sales promises...
