Always loved the clothes delivery etc normally always reliable too. Been ordering here for years and had an issue with my last order, a male who answered the phone sorted it all for me extremely promptly with excellent customer service. One bad thing though is they seem to over fill the bags or boxes and it can make it difficult to return but always got round this with cellotape
