Futurefit have shown to be extremely unhelpful in terms of support with the work. After having work returned to be I was told to speak to the tutors for support. Upon sending an assignment to the support team, asking just to check over the amendments I had made, they replied saying they were unable to help as this may be unfair? If they are unable to help me with my work, what are they there to support? The fee of £50 to resubmit my work is also extortionate, considering I have paid nearly £4000 to undertake the course in the first place.
