The Customer Service was by far some of the best we've ever received!! The product is of great quality, the finest of its kind. When I reached out with any and all questions, the reply time was just short of instantaneously. This company gets as excited for it's clients as they are themselves, to see the results. And the results...woweeee, it made the furniture look like showroom condition and the conditioner is the icing on the cake, it provides a creamy, rich, luxurious, just gotta touch it finish that is so inviting.
