I don't know why the online banking has been so positively reviewed. The "upgraded" website is worse to use. You used to be able to download a csv file for your monthly transactions - I now don't know what has happened to that. Verification codes for online transactions sometimes don't arrive or are late. When you speak to staff they are great to deal with but wait times are stated as 60 minutes when you need to speak to someone - and I can believe it when I have been on the phone twice in the last week for more than half an hour before giving up. I have heard this 60 minute warning before so it is not new. The website is forever trying to log you out so when you are trying to cross reference some paperwork with your account and don't keep an eye out for the warning you get logged out. Making a payment from your account is long winded and worse than any other organisation I can think of. I have been with Coop banking a long time but it really does try your patience far too often. When you complain you get a half hearted response which doesn't address the issues you have raised. If the problems continue I can't see me being with the Coop bank much longer.
