Straight to the point staff!
Staff were very efficient and on time. Check in opened on time, one staff member noticed i were pregnant, prioritised me and got us checked in straight away. Was not expecting this at all but appreciated this with 2 young kids under 3 with me. Staff on board were helpful. Again straight to the point, got on with boarding the flight ON TIME and did all security checks/clearances straight away (we booked a seat for our infant, they did their checks and helped us sort this out). They were willing to warm our kids milk for them. Even came handed this back after a few mins. They had no issue with our kids using inflatable foot rests. Couldn’t have asked for an easier, stress free flight with staff that actually want to get you to your destination and make everything u need possible.
