I have recently been diagnosed ADHD/ASD plus other chronic illnesses. I had lost track of my finances and for numerous reasons got myself into debt I couldn't manage. Lauren from Payplan was empathetic and compassionate about my circumstances. Went through all my finances with me and worked out a debt management plan. Due to my nature,still very anxious about the process but if all goes smoothly their help and support will make a huge difference to my life.
