Due to an admin error by us, we hadn’t updated the relevant details after moving house. When notified we set up an account online which generated a rather large (compared to our previous property) bill, which caused me to kick off! Called today, spoke to two people who assessed the situation, explained it in context and how longer term we will be paying the same as we were before. They set up the DD, alleviating the need to go online and doing it again. All round superb.
