extra charges , non refundable, cancelled flight
I was trying to book a flight to Amman Jordan with Wizz air for 22/11/2024. I look into their website, I booked a flight for £168, paid it, then I've got an email from esky.com telling me I booked through esky.com, the web site was exactly the same as Wizz air website. I called esky.com next morning to cancel the flight as I knew the company is a scam, they refused, today I received an email from Wizz air cancelling my ticket, I contacted esky they said they charge me £30 transaction fees that is non refundable, I argued with them as they cancelled the flight not me but they refused. They will get me the fees Back minus £30. I want to report esky.com as I think they are a scam, their charges are higher than the original transporting company, and they cancelled the flight way in advance, getting extra charges for no reason. Thank you
