⭐ 1 Star– Missing Half My Order, No Help from JD
I spent over £300 on an order and only received half of it. JD claimed it was fully delivered because their “system says it was packed.” When I asked for proof, I was told there are no CCTV cameras in their warehouse. Now I’m stuck going through a chargeback to get my money back. No accountability, no real help—just brushed off. I have no idea who has my missing items, but I hope whoever took them enjoys them! Really disappointing from such a big company. I won’t be shopping here again.
