Took my money and ran
I ordered a coffee grinder on 28th Feb (it's now 10th March). Coffeefriend happily took my money, but has done nothing to actually fulfill this order. It shows as 'received' in online tracking. It hasn't even progressed to "order processed" let alone "dispatched" or "shipped." I have called, chatted, and emailed--and gotten no reply. At this point I can only assume this company isn't even real and they just want to take my money in exchange for *literally nothing*. I wish I had come to trustpilot before purchasing.
