Disappointing
I want to start by saying I have never left a review on anything I do not leave reviews because I never want to affect someone’s business even if something is amazing. I honestly just don’t have time to leave a review, but I’m shocked by the outcome of this customer service situation so I decided to leave one. As I received my pictures from small wood frame, the pictures are beautiful but… The frame that I chose was a dark brown wood. As I chose this color specifically to match the aesthetics of my home. I have purchased frames from other companies before and I am aware as they stated on their website that the color can vary and the stains can vary on different woods. I would think that just means the light versus darkness of the shade, well when I receive my frames, the wood frame color was a very reddish orange light color frame. I assumed there had been a mistake for this variance to be so different than what is shown on the website and described. I had no worry thinking this company would absolutely resolve the problem since it was a very obvious color problem. The pictures I sent them showed the frames were basically the same color as the cardboard that they come in, which is a light brown, but more the orange tint. I was very shocked that they basically told me too bad. There’s nothing that we can do. We already explained, The wood colors can vary. I’m very disappointed with the customer service. The fact that they did not offer any options to even give me a discounted rate to order more frames to put the pictures in or at least another color option like black, just anything ? not good Customer service at all. I have a 5000 square-foot home which I was very excited just to slowly start adding lots of pictures and I will not be using them again. And to know that this is something for my home that it’s important that it matches and I will not be using them and they just will go to waste because the color looks terrible as a shame.
