The gift I made never reached its destination
I spent an entire year making a gift for a friend in Italy. When another friend travelled to Italy from South Africa she took the gift with her and I organised for ParcelABC to pick it up from her hotel and deliver it. It is now 2 weeks later and the hotel consistently contacts me to say no one has showed. Parcelabc tracking just keeps showing 'collection rearranged'. I've contacted support every day and got no help. The package has little money value but is precious and now it is stranded at a hotel in Venice and Parcelabc couldn't care less. The worst most useless service
