Great support and service
Our router had reset to factory settings (possibly combo of power cut and brief internet outage) but after one phonecall I had a full emailed set of instructions to restore it to use, and it was pointed out I could move to a cheaper monthly tariff that fitted my usage better. I had follow-up checks, too, to make sure everything was sorted. Very impressed. Thank you to Will for his help.
