Don't even deserve 1star this time
Don't even deserve 1star this time I had booked the flights with travel trolley before but the experience I encountered this time was the worst. One of the customers support name Andrea not sure if thats her name spoke to me. As a customer service here voice should be clear to me but it sounded like windy where she was talking and on top of that she was so rude in her talk didn't even consider what a person is going through she should be polite to everyone as a customer service sorting out my thing is way far and on top of it she just hang up on me. Wasted my time I won't be booking any travel plans on this website ever again and I won't recommend this website at all.
