The worst conveyancing company I have…
The worst conveyancing company I have ever had to endure! As an estate agent I have experienced hundreds of conveyancers but none as terrible as these. They do not answer their phones, they do not call anyone back (including their client and other solicitors in the chain), they do not reply to emails and they cost their.clients properties as their inaction causes people to remarket and sell to different buyers! The only way this firm get business is by offering agents huge commissions to recommend them, typically around £350 and if you buy and sell through them it's £700. I know because they have offered this to me!!! Avoid them like the plague;;;
