Order never delivered
Ordered on 28th Apr, never delivered. Customer support answers after 2 days, telling me to please wait. Second e-mail to customer support, about a month later, was never answered. Third email to customer support, two weeks later, they answered telling me I need to pay for a re-delivery fee. Not really my fault delivery was not working, but I replied that I accept the extra payment, asking them instructions on how to make the payment. Two days later, without a reply, I lost it and e-mailed them asking for a refund and a cancelation of the order. Haven’t heard from them since. Not gonna fight them for a 30$ pillow, but this was the worst online shopping experience.
