I'm disappointed by the sofa we ordered…
I'm disappointed by the sofa we ordered just 1 year ago. It has short cushions on both the back rest and along the arm rests. Unfortunately, they quickly begin to crush down as their position is below the level of one's back. So, about 6 months ago, I contacted Soka Homes to ask about a refund or a replacement. I sent pictures of the sofa which looked like it had been used for football practice. They offered to send new cushions that would sit up firmer and higher. Unfortunately, after 6 months of frustrating emails back and forth answering their multitude of repeated questions (still with no new cushions), they just sent me an invoice for $750.00! While we love the leather material used on the sofa, it looks terrible so now we find ourselves searching for a new one and considering this a loss.
