Love Dan Murphy as a retailer but their web site is poor.
Overall I am pleased with Dan Murphy - good range, good prices, good availability, respected advice on wines etc and are my preferred wine retailer - but their website is shocking! Today- difficulty in changing pick up store , cumbersome and non intuititive payment process that just looped and finally couldn't get a store telephone number from website for a message I received about the order. In fact the store I use is not even recognised!! (Balwyn, Victoria). I have experienced this a few times over the past 6 months and will now just buy in the store - it is quicker! Dan Murphy- if you want to be a top retailer, you need a slick website that works! Fix your website and I'll be very happy to rate you as a 5 star retailer.
