VERY DISSAPOINTED
Impossible to reach them...Everything has to be done through their portal. My last Therapist left the company and I never received a call,email,or text advising me. I then had to scramble and get a new Therapist assigned to me,in order for me to get my prescriptions. I just had a teleconference visit. It was very short and impersonal. I had write several messages in the portal in order to remind my NEW Therapist to call my RX's in to CVS.And most importantly, God forbid if you forget to pay your Co-pay. I'm not happy with this company, however I feel stuck due to the fact, that I need them in order to obtain my RX's.
