Resolved issues quickly! Would buy again.
Despite my order coming a bit disheveled, likely due to shipping, the Smallwoods help team was able to completely turn my experience around with their leadership and ability to rectify the issue. I invested a lot in my 8 large print, and I was disappointed when one of the frames broke out of the box. Another frame seemed to have been scratched in transit. They heard my claim and were kind and cooperative in handling the matter. I would order from them again despite the rocky start solely on their care team.
