Better communication is needed
Better communication is needed. An automatic out of office reply to emails would be helpful if away from the office. At least you would know the email had been received and someone might get back to you at some point. Requesting the Management Pack earlier. It was first requested by our buyers solicitor at the end of May but not ordered until mid July. I believe this held up the completion of sale by over a month. We were fortunate not to have a chain and that our buyer was willing to wait because they wanted the property.
