A very poor experience
A very poor experience, I spent a great deal of money to have heaters installed which take nearly an hour to become hot despite Trust Heatings claims the heaters get hot very, very fast, but they don't! Their website claims “your room can be heated in minutes” What they don't tell you is it takes the best part of 60 minutes. This system is also expensive to run, they don't tell you that. They also claim the heating gets from "0 to 24 fast" but it doesn't do that, these claims are not true, show me a house which has a standing temperature of zero! it also can't get to 24' another lie. The guarantees they give are worthless, they don't come back to you for days, they make excuses, and blame others including it's your fault as the customer! When parts don't work they tell you it's not their problem, it's the manufacturer's fault. Do not waste your money with this company, they are liars and rip-offs. They certainly can't be trusted!
