Good concept, still figuring itself out in the suburbs
I work mostly in the suburbs north of the city and the courier volume just isn't there yet. Some mornings I'll wait 25–30 minutes between pings, which eats into the earnings math fast. The two-code handoff system is solid once you learn it, but the first couple of pickups I fumbled around the interface longer than I should have — there's a bit of a learning curve on the courier side of the app. Distance-based fees are fair when orders come in, and I do appreciate that the platform isn't skimming my delivery fee. Just wish they'd push harder on merchant partnerships out here before marketing to drivers in these markets.
