Unable to finalize contracts + 108 euro Charge after They were the ones to give +- €70 back
Manages to two times in a row , to not create a contract even though they are charging your account as if all is well. Great prices. The best way to deal with them is: it is like receiving a clingy girlfriend which you need to answer every question to and in case you manage to not answer one mail, even though your answers were already given in a different mail you can expect your contract to not be running. After which you have to go through the absolute worst case scenario, which is that because their complete inability to complete contracts that then you are put at the Base Provider which charges twice the cost. They informed initially when closing the account that there even then there was no account, eventhough they are charging.-After the firsttime having being charged double, due to the initial contract not coming trough eventhough correct info was provided, and Rheinige Netz gezelschaft confirming that all information was correct - On top of it, it is already 6 months that the final account closing did not manage to happen. They charged €108,60 in February 2025, 3 months after final month while Rabot Charge was having to give €70,86 back. This is called Fraud. 09/06/2025 , ten days ago Received the end bill that did not include their final €108,60 charge, €33,37+ euro = 141,97 still need to returned. After their first attempt to lowball me at €37,49 and without even giving a final bill. Did your management change ? It used to be a highly rated company.
