Would not recommend Amtico Spacia to anyone.
Chose to replace old flooring throughout hall, kitchen and utility room with Amtico Spacia White Ash as I was looking for a dog friendly, non slip, hard wearing, easy to clean floor. It was more expensive than I could really afford, but I thought it would be worth it. How wrong I was!! This floor is dreadful, it is never clean no matter how hard I try, it scratches really easily and already 4 planks have been replaced because it was so bad. Frankly I could not recommend this flooring to anyone, not unless you want to spend your life on your hands and knees trying to keep it clean. I have become a slave to this floor and if I could I would replace it in an instant with the cheaper floor I chose for my Conservatory, and which would have cost me £1,200 less!
