Firstly they answer the phone when you call and that's an amazing thing in itself. secondly I've had one maintenance issue and it was handled properly professionally, However, that is an outsourced company. Thirdly, the grounds in the apartment building/complex where I live has not been taken care of in weeks, grass is Brown And never watered and there's weeds all over. overall it presents a terrible face in a place that already has enough going against it. They've all been nice and friendly and they've tried to do their best I think that sometimes expectations can be a little high including my own
