In February 2024 I had an accident at work spending 8 weeks in hospital. I contacted Irwin Mitchell in September to start a claim and was contacted by Shelly Young and started the process in early October the process proceeded quickly and by the end of march 2025 I had received an offer which was accepted in April. The process went well and I was kept in the loop with regular emails and phone calls all in all a very good experience
