Have ordered in the past with no issue, this time however when I did have an issue 8 or 9 emails went ignored, they claimed they went to the spam folder only after I mentioned leaving a bad review, strange you found my emails after I mentioned that lol. I was then told I wouldn't be getting refunded for delivery, even though dpd only tried twice and sent the item back to them after 6 days, I provided proof for this. I was told I would need to claim delivery costs back through dpd myself, all of this with no apology for the weeks worth of unanswered emails.
