NO REFUND AFTER MORE THAN 2 MONTHS!!
I received the email below on the 20th Nov, it's now 1617h 27th and still no refund, not looking promising, no surprise with this company!! It's only a couple of hundred pounds, COME ON, PAY MY MONEY BACK TO ME!! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thanks Nigel. V bad customer service leaving me feeling that they have no intention of paying my money back to me hence am considering contacting the Ombudsman.
