They are great as a time saver. Ignore the moaners. Ads can be disappeared with a simple click of the cross and I've never ever had any ads problem.Or, Pay a newspaper subscription. I do that too.

Nothing but praise for this form of conveyancing. Yes it took several days to be assigned a lawyer after signing up but that is down to a national surge in house buyers hoping to complete before the stamp duty holiday ending. Everything is very clear and no phoning secretaries who only see a solicitor once a week and take days replying to emails. Instead, you can read documents and letters online and upload your own. This group have been very quick and efficient and completion looks well on course to beat our wildest expectations.
