Beware - incompetent backroom services
Intrepid failed to volunteer ANY compensation for my earlier comments about their failings. They’ve now sent me a link as they say ‘we can’t wait to hear your post trip reviews’. In another spectacular failing of their so called desire to match customer expectations the link is broken and I am unable to submit my comments. Wake up Intrepid your incompetence is legion. Several members of our cycle trip reported similar administration mess ups. Beware of this company they over promise and under deliver. Their tour guides and operation was good but the back end services are beyond a joke. Standby for a simpering obsequious reply that means nothing. I say again ‘beware‘.
