Router Connectivity Issue
We had an issue with connectivity to our router for any devices, at the time I called they said someone would try to get back to me that day, however it was 4.30 so I was realistic that they may not be able to. First thing the next morning Ruby called me and helped resolve the issue really quickly via a firmware update, not only did she resolve the issue but she was super helpful and friendly which was a nice way to start the day.
