Good customer service!
Good customer service! I ordered 3 items totalling over £100 and after 2 weeks I was concerned nothing had arrived. I checked my order status only to find that my delivery was being help up due to a cheap £3 whistle! Their policy states they will not send out the order until all items are available! I emailed them in a panic because I wasn’t bothered about that, my main expensive item was a Christmas gift & that was what I desperately wanted! I then read the reviews on here & panicked even more so sent another email pleading with them to just forget the whistle and to please send me just the bag of balls or cancel my order so I could purchase elsewhere! I received an email reply the next day stating that it was no problem, they refunded the whistle and then my balls arrived a couple of days later! Such a relief! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE :) Thank you x Just lost a star because I think their item availability needs to be more transparent and the fact they won’t send ‘part’ orders isn’t great but in fairness they dealt with it quickly for me!
