I've made several orders and I'm quite satisfied with the responsiveness of Adagio. Even during the holiday crush, shipment updates are timely, informative, and frequent. The tea is delicious, the products effective, and the cost is okay, a little expensive for my preferences, BUT... the quality of product in combination with excellent customer service erases any concern on that front. There are times when paying for what you want is the way to go. Adagio Tea is one of those times.
