Never again
I bought a chair from them almost 4-5 weeks ago. I received no order updates to update me when it was being shipped or delivered and had to email them for updates. When it was finally out for delivery… the delivery company they use is an absolute joke. I provided a contact number for my husband as i wasn’t home. Didn’t knock or ring the doorbell and neither of us had no phone calls telling us they were outside. Now they cannot provide a date of when this will be delivered but we ‘missed the delivery’. Never again will i use HomeDone. Yes the furniture is cheaper, but the more popular stores are much more reliable.
