Extremely Disappointed – Poor Quality & Terrible Customer Service
I recently purchased a $450 jacket from Reiss at their Brickell location, expecting premium quality. To my shock, after just one wear (without even washing it), the fabric started deteriorating. When I returned to the store to address the issue, the staff gave me the most absurd excuse—that their clothes shouldn’t be worn with other types of materials because “friction will ruin the fabric.” Seriously? For a high-end brand, this is completely unacceptable. Not only is the quality subpar, but the customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. For the price, I would have been better off buying something from Zara, where at least they stand behind their products. Avoid this store unless you want to waste your money on overpriced, fragile clothing.
