Impossible to contact the Apex Waterloo Place
Impossible to contact the Apex Waterloo Place Hotel Edinburgh this evening on their direct number where I currently have a reservation that I need to amend. Not a chance. Tried calling their 0800 reservations number. Still impossible to get through. Does not inspire confidence when you cannot contact a (mainstream?) hotel at 18:20 in the evening on a week day. Going to cancel reservation and seek elsewhere. Never again Apex.
