The best thing to happen to me!
I have completed two weeks of the program and I am excited! I am doing the workouts and loving them. They are hard but I have faith that they will improve my health. I feel as if my breathing is better already. I am the type that needs a little push to do any exercise and this fits the bill! My provider, , Kaitlin Baumann, is awesome! She is very focused and encouraging. I feel safe knowing she is monitoring me during my sessions! She is very flexible with any scheduling conflicts that come up.
