Contacted Anglian Water through their WhatsApp service today and was helped by a lovely lady named Megan, she understood my concerns and helped to source the problem instantly, although we are not sure if the problem is resolved as of yet the lengths and speed Megan dealt with everything is commendable! She is polite, understanding and kind which is hard to portray in a text but she had it cracked, 10 out of 10 service!
