Worst bank I ever encountered

Worst bank I ever encountered. You are able to transfer money to your new Keytrade account, but I have been struggling to make any banktransfer using my account for days. The log in on the website with the softkey doesn't work either. No response on my email (previous mail took weeks for a generic answer) and have been hanging on the phone for hours already. DO NOT TRY, even for a free 50 euros. You won't be able to transfer/use it anyway. I am going to check with the authorities because they are witholding my money at this point.
